The Story
Why Ringvox Exists
Here's what we kept seeing: a sales team sends 500 emails. 100 get opened. The rep is supposed to call all 100. They get through maybe 20. The other 80? They just... fall through the cracks. Not because the rep is lazy, but because there aren't enough hours in the day.
And on the inbound side? Worse. A prospect calls your office at 5:15pm. Nobody picks up. They call your competitor. By the time you see the missed call tomorrow morning, they've already signed with someone else.
Between us, we've spent decades in sales and commercial strategy across Europe. We've all lived this problem. When AI voice technology got good enough to have real conversations (sub-second response times, natural speech, actual objection handling) we knew this was the answer.
But every platform we looked at was built in the US, for the US market. Data stored in American data centres. No EU AI Act compliance. GDPR bolted on as an afterthought.
European businesses deserved something built for them from the ground up. So that's what we're building. From Limerick, for every market in Europe.
