Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ringvox and its AI voice agent services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Ringvox is operated from Limerick, Ireland. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
2. The Service
Ringvox provides AI-powered voice agents that handle inbound and outbound phone calls on your behalf. This includes call answering, lead qualification, appointment booking, and outbound sales calls. The service is provided "as is" and we work to maintain high availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when signing up. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at hello@ringvox.co.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Ringvox for:
- Any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
- Spam, unsolicited calls, or calls that violate telemarketing regulations
- Harassment, threats, or abusive communications
- Impersonation of individuals or misrepresentation of your identity
- Any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. AI Disclosure
In compliance with the EU AI Act (Article 50), all AI-powered calls made through Ringvox begin with a disclosure that the caller is speaking with an AI assistant. You must not attempt to remove, bypass, or obscure this disclosure. You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI voice agents complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
6. Billing and Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are listed in Euros and are exclusive of VAT where applicable. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
7. Data and Privacy
We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Account data is stored in EU-based data centres. You retain ownership of your data. When you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days.
8. Intellectual Property
Ringvox and its associated branding, software, and documentation are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service. You retain ownership of your business data and content provided to the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ringvox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Ringvox in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to updated terms, you should stop using the service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law.
