How much does Ringvox cost?
Pricing depends on your use case. Tradespeople plans start at €49/month. Sales teams start at €149/month. Call centre pricing is custom based on volume and features. All plans include unlimited inbound agents, call recording, transcription, and integrations at no extra cost.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. We offer a 14-day free trial for all plans. No credit card required. You get full access to all features during the trial period, including call handling, integrations, and analytics. If you need more time to evaluate, we can extend the trial on request.
What's included in each plan?
All Ringvox plans include AI voice agents, 24/7 call handling, call recording and transcription, SMS notifications, basic integrations, and analytics dashboard. Higher tier plans add features like CRM integration, live call transfer, advanced analytics, custom AI personalities, and dedicated support.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. Your monthly subscription covers everything: voice synthesis (TTS), speech recognition (STT), AI processing (LLM), call recording, transcription, and storage. No per-minute charges, no API fees, no overage costs. You can cancel anytime with no long-term contract.
How does call centre pricing work?

How long does it take to set up?
Basic setup takes 15–30 minutes. You create an account, configure your AI agent with a few questions, forward your phone number, and you're live. For advanced setups with CRM integration or custom workflows, we provide guided setup and can have you running within a few hours. No technical knowledge required.
Does Ringvox integrate with my CRM?
Yes. Ringvox integrates with major CRM platforms including HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, Pipedrive, and others. Call data, lead information, and conversation transcripts automatically sync to your CRM. Custom API integrations are also available for enterprise deployments.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes. We support number porting so you can keep your current phone number. Simply forward your existing number to our system (via call forwarding or direct porting). Your customers experience no disruption.
What CRMs does Ringvox integrate with?
Ringvox officially integrates with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, Pipedrive, and more. We also support webhook integrations and custom API connections for any business system. Contact our integration team if your CRM isn't listed. We likely support it or can build a custom connector.
Do I need technical knowledge to set up?

Can the AI handle complex conversations?
Yes. Ringvox uses advanced language models trained to understand context, handle objections, ask clarifying questions, and navigate multi-turn conversations. The AI can manage most real-world scenarios including appointment scheduling, information gathering, sales qualification, and customer support inquiries.
What happens if the AI can't handle a call?
If the AI can't resolve a customer inquiry or determines that human intervention is needed, it seamlessly transfers the call to a live team member (if configured). Alternatively, the AI can offer to take a message and create a task for follow-up. You control the handoff rules.
Can Ringvox make outbound calls?
Yes. Ringvox supports outbound calling for sales campaigns, appointment reminders, follow-ups, and customer surveys. Upload a contact list and the AI initiates calls according to your schedule. Call compliance (GDPR, DNC lists) is built in.
Does Ringvox support WhatsApp?
Currently, Ringvox specializes in voice calls (inbound and outbound). We're exploring WhatsApp integration for future releases. If WhatsApp messaging is critical for your use case, contact our team to discuss your needs.
Can I customize the AI agent's voice and personality?
Yes. You can customize the AI's name, greeting message, tone of voice, and conversation style. Choose from multiple voice options or use a custom voice. Build a personality that matches your brand. All customization happens through the dashboard. No coding required.

Is Ringvox GDPR compliant?
Yes. Ringvox is GDPR-compliant by design, not retrofit. Our database is EU-hosted (Supabase, Frankfurt). We implement consent tracking, right to erasure, data minimization, and audit logging. All data transfers with external providers are protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
Where is my data stored?
Your account data (contacts, settings, call logs) is stored in EU-hosted infrastructure in Frankfurt. Call recordings and transcriptions are encrypted and stored securely. We never store data on third-party systems. Data retention policies can be customized per your requirements.
Does Ringvox comply with the EU AI Act?
Yes. Ringvox is compliant with the EU AI Act (effective August 2, 2026). Every call begins with a mandatory AI disclosure statement meeting Article 50 transparency requirements. The disclosure is deterministic (not LLM-generated) and fully auditable. We handle compliance automatically. No configuration needed.
Are calls recorded? Can I control recording settings?
Yes, all calls are recorded by default for quality assurance, training, and compliance purposes. You control whether inbound callers are informed about recording (required by GDPR and ePrivacy regulations). Call recordings are encrypted, securely stored, and can be deleted on request. Retention policies are customizable.
